1. No Refund Policy

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once processed, they cannot be canceled under normal conditions.

2. Exceptional Cases

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect amount
• Unauthorized transaction

3. Refund Request

Request within 7 days with Transaction ID, amount, date, and reason.

4. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
