Refund & Cancellation Policy
Guidelines for donation refunds and cancellations

This policy governs all donations and payments made on the website of Anand Jivan Foundation Trust.
1. No Refund Policy
Donations made to the organization are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled under normal conditions.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect amount entered during donation
- Unauthorized transaction
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Please include the following details:
- Transaction ID
- Donation amount
- Date of transaction
- Reason for refund request
4. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
